Our team will only be able to clean external windows if they are easily reachable from inside the property. The main focus of window cleaning is internal windows, window sills and frames.
Is one-off cleaning similar to the end of tenancy cleaning?
No, end of tenancy cleaning is a completely different service. Tenancy cleaning service is when you move out of a property and need a full clean from top to bottom. The property has to be empty of personal belongings when we provide the cleaning.
Do you provide the cleaning products and equipment?
Yes, we have everything necessary to make your home clean and tidy.
What types or kind of payments do you work with?
We accept payments from cards and cash.
Can I book carpet cleaning with my one-off clean?
Yes, you can book a carpet cleaning service separately. Usually you want to book the carpet cleaning for the end of the session so the professionals do not get in each other's way.
What if I am not happy with the service?
If you have any complaints please contact the office within 48 hours of completion of the cleaning session. The cleaners will re-clean the areas in question free of charge. We do our best to provide the highest quality of cleaning service and make sure to hear back from you after the session to ensure that you are fully satisfied and happy.
