The kitchen is the most complicated cleaning area when it comes to End of Tenancy Cleaning, this is why landlords/landladies and agencies ( inventory clerks ) pay attention to details.
General: Degrease the ceiling lights, and all the tiles, remove mould from the sealants and from the grouts, descale kitchen sinks and shine the taps, clean and disinfect toaster and kettle, remove rubbish from bins and sanitise the bins in and out, clean all the windows, ledges, also around the windows.
Oven and Hob: Degrease the oven in and out if it is part of the cleaning, remove the grease and grime from the extractor fan and from the hob, and clean the gas control knobs.
Freezer: We will defrost and pull out the fridge and clean it behind it if possible. We will wash the inside and outside. We will remove all drawers, shelving and slides. After cleaning they will be left clean and dry.
Dishwasher: Remove the mildew, grime and food deposits from the exterior surfaces of the dishwasher. Clear out the filter, remove built-up food and mildew from the racks or baskets, and wash out the soap dispenser drawer.
Washing machine: Wipe down the inside and outside of the washing machine with a sponge using warm water and mild detergent. Clean the dispenser drawer with soap suds and rinse it clean.
Microwave: Clean the inside and outside, rotating plate and handle.
All cupboards and drawers: We will clean, sanitise and deodorise all your kitchen cupboards and drawers, and clean and degrease all the woodwork.
All floors: Vacuum, mop and sanitise (including under the carpets, tables, chairs, etc.).
*Kitchen utensils, glassware, crockery and cutlery are not included in our standard packages. These can be cleaned at an additional cost if required.
*Fitted appliances such as Washing Machines, Dish Washers, Driers, Fridge and Freezers are not moved by our technicians due to safety and technical purposes. They are all going to be thoroughly cleaned the way they are fitted.

The cause of the mould is the lack of ventilation also if there are gaps in the walls where the water gets stuck that can cause mildew dampness or mould issues as well.
Bathtub, toilet, bidet, shower cubicles: Check and remove any hair around the drainage, remove all limescale, clean tiles with a dry cloth.
